The racial makeup of the city is 32.67% White, 38.20% African American, 0.58% Native American, 0.38% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 26.09% from other races, and 2.06% from two or more races. 37.16% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
